WRRC Boiler Upgrades

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace six existing Natural Gas Condensing Boilers and pumps serving the WRRC Main Lab building at the USDA Western Regional Research Center, 800 Buchanan Street, Albany, CA 94710. The contractor must protect and store equipment prior to turnover, repair any damage to existing equipment at no additional cost, and complete all work within 252 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The project includes demolition, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and utility work as detailed in the specifications and drawings.
