The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Performance of tasks in the Statement of Work shall be performed during a 12-month performance period. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by August 28,2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain boiler water side efficiency, reduce utility expense, and protect equipment from scale, corrosion, and biological fouling. Services include monthly service visits during operation, complimentary troubleshooting visits, basic laboratory support, 24/7/365 emergency service, efficiency evaluations, electronic service reports, cloud data/document management, empty drum removal/recycling, and operator training. The contractor must supply annual closed loop corrosion inhibitor and low-pressure steam corrosion inhibitor. Systems covered include Building #01 Heating Closed Loop System (2), Building #02 Heating/Chilled Closed Loop System (2), Building #04 Heating Closed Loop System (1), Building #15 Low Pressure Steam Boiler System (1), Building #16 Low Pressure Steam Boiler System (1), Building #24 Heating Closed Loop System (1), and Building #55 Heating/Chilled Closed Loop Systems. A complete benchmarking survey will be conducted with the first service. The contractor must also provide a Program Administration Manual, initial and continual operator training, annual program reviews, as-needed in-house laboratory services, and visual equipment inspection and evaluation.
