The lessee will farm approximately 375 acres (varying by year: 375.07, 311.57, 368.87, 375.07, 322.27 acres) in Perry County, Illinois, following a specified cropping plan that includes corn, soybeans, wheat, cover crops, and food plots. The lessee must provide all labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and insurance. The lessee must comply with conservation practices, soil testing requirements, and prohibitions on neonicotinoid-treated soybean seed and Dicamba. The lessee must document chemical and fertilizer applications, seed use, and provide yield monitor data. The lessee may perform additional services in lieu of cash payments with prior approval.
