27AL2101 Clinton Lake State Recreation Area Farm Lease

The lessee personally farms designated fields at Clinton Lake State Recreation Area under the Attachment B cropping plan for 2027 through 2032, growing corn, soybeans, corn with cereal rye cover crop, wheat, sunflowers and millet as specified by field and year, planting Clearfield sunflowers and applying Beyond herbicide, maintaining soil fertility to minimum test levels, controlling weeds and pests with prior approval, avoiding fall tillage and Dicamba and neonicotinoids, providing all labor, machinery, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance, submitting chemical, fertilizer, seed and yield monitor records with receipts by December 15 each year, paying half the annual rent by July 15 and the balance by December 15, and performing approved additional services that may be credited against rent at University of Illinois or Iowa State custom rates.
