The lessee will provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance to perform farming operations on 90.92 acres at Black Crown Marsh State Nature Area, following a specified cropping plan of corn and soybeans with cover crops, and must comply with soil health, chemical use, and record-keeping requirements.
