The lessee personally farms designated fields at Moraine View State Park totaling about 216-218 leased acres per year under a corn-cover crop, soybean and sunflower rotation with cereal rye cover crops, providing all labor, machinery, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance, controlling weeds and pests with prior agency approval, maintaining soil fertility to minimum test levels, performing soil testing, documenting chemical, fertilizer, seed and yield data, and paying rent and leasehold taxes while complying with conservation, tillage, mowing and pesticide restrictions.
