The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform testing and inspecting, preventative maintenance (PM), corrective repairs, emergency repairs, and service calls for the VA Cogeneration and Boiler Chiller Plant. The work includes routine and scheduled testing and inspections, preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, calibration, adjustment, and tightening, corrective repairs to restore equipment to operational condition, emergency repairs available 24/7/365 with a 1-hour phone acknowledgement and 2-hour on-site response, and service calls with on-site response within 24 hours. The contractor must provide a full-time on-site Project Coordinator. The place of performance is the VA Medical Center – Dallas, Texas, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216.
