Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center Parking Lot Maintenance

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, and incidentals to clean, crack fill, sealcoat, and restripe the West Parking Lot and RV Parking Lot at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. Work includes surface cleaning, vegetation control at pavement joints/edges, hot-pour rubberized asphalt crack sealing (approximately 3,900 LF for West Lot and 5,200 LF for RV Lot), asphalt emulsion sealcoating (one coat, approximately 26,000 sq ft for West Lot and 34,568 sq ft for RV Lot), and pavement striping including stalls, accessible parking, EV charging stall markings, directional arrows, crosswalks, and no-parking areas per MUTCD/ADA standards. The contractor must also identify and remove/replace any alligatored spider-web areas that are not structurally sound.
