This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is unrestricted.
The contractor shall independently furnish all necessary services, personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform a 5-day assay with 900 cell lines in Luminex format, screening the compound at 8-point dose, 3-fold dilution, submitted as 1000x stock concentration in 100% DMSO. Deliverables include data detailing the viability of all 900 cell lines, metrics for assay quality, univariate and multivariate feature set correlation analysis, and all raw data from NCATS test agents, reported through the PRISM Portal.
