This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is unrestricted.
The contractor shall independently perform single-dose mouse PK/PD studies for 10 test articles (8+2) using IV and PO routes, with plasma collection at specified time intervals, quantitation of parent compound and 1-MNA in plasma using established bioanalytical methods, calculation of standard PK parameters, and delivery of concentration-versus-time tables, curves, and a final study report in Excel and/or PDF format. NCATS will provide the test articles, dosing information, and compound handling instructions.
