The contractor must perform a pharmacokinetic study in rat to evaluate the exposure and stability of the DYT1 lead compound when dosed intraperitoneally (ip) and intravenously (iv). The data will be shared via email with Samarjit Patnaik/Vinoth Kumar Chenniappan. Delivery location is NIH/NCATS, 9808 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20850. Period of performance is 2-3 weeks after placement of order, from September 4, 2026 to October 3, 2026.
