The contractor shall attempt to re-locate and survey 20 rare plant monitoring sites in the Sheyenne National Grassland, Ransom and Richland Counties, North Dakota. Tasks include navigating to each site using GPS coordinates, documenting presence/absence or plant counts, associated species, habitat conditions, presence of Regional Forester Sensitive Species and noxious weeds, and taking photos. Deliverables include a survey plan, monthly reports, a draft report by November 30, 2027, and a final report by January 31, 2028. The contractor must furnish all equipment, labor, materials (except government-furnished items), transportation, lodging, supervision, and incidentals.
