Logistical Support for CDC Meetings and Workshops
The Contractor shall provide logistical support for meetings and workshops convened by the US CDC EECA Regional Office, including organizing meeting venue and equipment, breakout rooms, simultaneous interpretation services and translation equipment, transportation arrangements of participants, printing name tags and meeting handouts, rental of hotel accommodation for participants, and on-site meeting coordination and logistical support. The contract covers up to 16 workshop days in Tbilisi and up to 9 workshop days in Kakheti.
