WYAO Woodward Gov Cabinet Assessment

The contractor shall furnish knowledgeable representative(s), materials, transportation, and equipment to audit installed Woodward material and inventory spare materials at Seminoe, Kortes, Fremont Canyon, Alcova, Glendo, Guernsey, Boysen, Shoshone, Buffalo Bill, Spirit Mountain, and Heart Mountain Powerplants in Wyoming. The contractor must schedule services through the Field Office's Maintenance Management Scheduling Coordinator or Maintenance Planner, with appointments between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. At each facility, the contractor shall audit and record material needs for periodic governor disassembly, refurbishment and restoration, inventory and record spare materials, solicit feedback from facility technicians, and remove all equipment and waste material. The contractor shall provide a final report within 90 days of the final site visit to the WYAO Facility Management Division, organized by facility and power generation unit, cross-referencing original Woodward identification numbers to the contractor's identification, and including quantity per assembly, recommended replacement rate, current cost per component, and recommended spare quantity maintained.
