AERIAL PHRAGMITES TREATMENT FOR CAPE HATTERAS NATI

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide aerial treatment of Phragmites australis at Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Tasks include UAS aerial herbicide application a minimum of once during the contract year, follow-up mechanical treatments to decrease standing dead biomass, and providing deliverables such as a planning meeting, herbicide mix proposals, flight notifications, post-treatment survey results, photo documentation, and an end-of-contract summary report. Optional tasks include additional aerial and ground crew treatments for up to three follow-on years.
