The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, is requesting maintenance, service, and support for the Lenel Access Control System (ACS), located at Eglin AFB FL, 53 Wing and 692 CYOS. IAW Statement of Work (SOW).

The contractor must provide a Platinum Agreement offering 24/7 call handling, 4-hour on-site emergency response, and 8-hour non-emergency response; quarterly preventative maintenance and inspection including testing of card readers, door hardware, batteries, and system diagnostics; annual Lenel SUSP upgrades including software and firmware updates; and supply and replace components compatible with the Lenel ACS. The contractor must also provide loaner equipment during repairs and maintain a Price List.
