HVAC System Replacement & Ventilation Improvements for DPP in St. Thomas
The contractor shall replace two existing centralized air conditioning systems (a 15-ton system and a 10-ton system) with new factory-matched components using R-454B or R-32 refrigerant, install two Energy Recovery Ventilators (minimum 600 CFM each), replace refrigerant piping, modify ductwork to improve airflow distribution, coordinate with a mold management contractor, and perform full system start-up and commissioning.
