The RFI seeks general information about overall geothermal capacity and models across the subway system and associated assets, including fan plants, deep wells, and pump rooms. It also seeks site-specific information on potential geothermal cooling technologies for two subway stations in upper Manhattan: 168 St and 181 St on the '1' Line, including feasibility, cooling capacity, costs, and maintenance requirements.
