This project consists of the renovation and expansion of the infirmary at OYA's MacLaren facility. The renovation includes expanding the medical lab, a security station, medical room and supply, a receiving/storage area, four patient rooms, a shared day room, a new nurse station, two supervisor offices, and a meeting room.

The renovation scope includes expansion and reconfiguration of the existing medical laboratory, security station, medication room and supply area, and receiving/storage space. The adjacent expansion will include construction of four patient rooms, a shared day room, a new nurse station, two supervisor offices, and a meeting room. Following relocation of the existing medication room, walls will be removed to create an enlarged general storage area.
