Services include home modification (installation of Ramps, Grip Bars, or Door and Cabinet Handles) and home remediation (Pest Eradication, installation of Window Coverings, Chore Services including heavy housecleaning, removal of hazardous waste/debris/dirt, and removal of yard hazards). Services are for residential dwellings (houses and apartments) only in Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, and Jackson counties. The process involves members submitting a request, contractors performing a site visit and submitting a fixed-fee quote, and CareOregon facilitating a Statement of Work.
