The City of Fulton is seeking proposals from qualified planning, waterfront planning, environmental planning, engineering, landscape architecture, GIS/mapping, resiliency planning, and/or community planning consultants to assist the City with preparation and completion of the City of Fulton Local Waterfront Revitalization Program ("LWRP").
The LWRP will guide revitalization of the City's waterfront resources along the Oswego River and Lake Neatahwanta. The completed LWRP will identify waterfront policies, proposed projects, local implementation techniques, regulatory tools, public engagement outcomes, and management structures necessary to support long-term waterfront revitalization, resiliency, public access, natural resource protection, economic development, and local implementation.
This project is funded through the New York State Department of State (“DOS") under the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. All work must comply with the DOS-approved workplan, DOS contract requirements, applicable state requirements, and any additional guidance provided by DOS.
