The Jefferson County Soil and Water Conservation District (JCSWCD), on behalf of the
Jefferson County Stormwater Coalition, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering
and environmental consulting firms to perform GIS mapping services. The
selected consultant will coordinate with participating MS4 Operators to compile existing
information, identify data gaps, perform field surveys and verifications as necessary, and
develop standardized GIS datasets for all participating municipalities. This workflow
ensures full compliance with Year 3 and Year 5 mapping requirements outlined in the
SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer
Systems (MS4s) (GP-0-24-001).
