Northland Associates, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 2pm for the SUNY Polytechnic - Renovate Kunsela Hall for STEM Education and Workforce in Utica, NY. This project includes providing partial interior renovations to update and expand instructional, support spaces and laboratories for growing STEM programs. Renovations range from low intensity updates and fit-outs to medium intensity rehabs. Rehab or replacement of core MEP equipment including boilers, chilers and AHUs is not expeted. MEP work is limited to update of localized HVAC controls, new LED lighting, reconfigured power / receptacle layouts at the room level, HVAC exhaust fans & terminal devices and bathroom upgrades. A fire sprinkler system will be extended to the Kunsela C-Wing renovation areas (currently not sprinkled). This project has a 465 Calendar Day Schedule.
