The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number L09142 titled Grant Hall Minor Rehabilitation until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 2, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All work on this Contract is to be completed by July 31, 2027.

For a fee of forty nine dollars ($49), receive an electronic download.
For a fee of thirty dollars ($30), receive a thumb drive.
Interested firms may request to receive a printed copy of the complete set for a fee of fort nine dollars ($49). Make checks payable to Plan and Print Systems Inc. An electronic download or electronic copy will not be provided with this option.
Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

A project walk through will be held on August 18, 2026 at 10:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.
Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
