The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for Montrose Renovate Building 14CD For Homeless Residential Program and Montrose Renovate Building 14AB For Homeless Residential Program as required by drawings and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to, traditional and glovebag asbestos abatement, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel framing, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, TPO roofing, firestopping, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, ceramic porcelain tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient tile flooring, painting, signage, fire extinguisher cabinets, food cooking equipment, manufactured wood casework, countertops, seismic restraint, wet-pipe sprinkler systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems including packaged water chillers and air-handling units, electrical installations including lighting and panelboards, communications structured cabling, public address and mass notification systems, nurse call and code blue systems, physical access control, video surveillance, fire detection and alarm, earthwork, and exterior improvements.
