The Village of Dryden is accepting bids for the renovation of 1 West Main, Dryden, NY on behalf of a private developer. The project is funded, in part, through a New York Main Street Anchor grant.
The renovation project for 1 West Main Street, one of the Village’s most prominent structures, occupies a highly trafficked corner at the intersection of NYS Routes 13 and 38. The project will include structural repairs, façade improvements, and upper floor residential renovations.
Sealed proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to Thoma Development Consultants, the Village’s grant administrator, by 5pm, August 24th at 34 Tompkins Street, Cortland, NY 13045 or via email to rich@thomadevelopment.com. Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the bidder and be clearly marked “1 West Main Street Bid.” Emailed bids shall have “1 West Main Street Bid” in the subject line.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference shall be held at 1 West Main Street, at 2pm local time, on August 3, 2026 for the purpose of considering bidders’ questions and providing bidders an opportunity to tour and inspect the subject property.
Bidders that are unable to attend the pre-bid meeting and wish to tour the subject property should contact Thoma Development Consultants to arrange a date and time. Tours will not be provided prior to the pre-bid meeting.
