GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking qualified MBE, WBE, SDVOB, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for the following project:
Project: MTA Contract 6544 – Islip Station Sanitary Connections
Program: MTA Small Business Mentoring Program – Tier 1
Location: Islip Station Building, Islip Avenue, Islip, NY 11751
The project generally consists of abandoning two existing cesspools and providing a new sanitary connection to the public sewer system.
GPA is soliciting proposals for the following trades:
Division 02 – Selective Demolition
Division 03 – Concrete
Division 22 – Plumbing Work
Division 26 – Electrical
Division 31 – Earthwork
Division 32 – Exterior Improvements
Division 33 – Utilities
NYS prevailing-wage requirements apply.
Contract duration: 305 calendar days to Substantial Completion.
RFI Due Date: August 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM
Subcontractor Proposal Due Date: August 14, 2026
