Intent of this solicitation is to construct a new Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and onsite pumping station located in Mastic Beach, NY.
There will be a non-mandatory site visit on August 25, 2026 starting at 9:00am at One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738, directly followed by a site visit to 70 Silver Road, Mastic Beach, NY 11951. Any potential bidder interested in attending the site visit must register by emailing Town contacts listed.
New York State Empire State Development (ESD) grant monies and as such is subject to the standards of the Granting Agency(s). The Town of Brookhaven recognizes its obligation under NYS law to promote opportunities for participation of certified minority, women-owned and service-disabled veteran owned businesses.
