The work site begins on Grand Avenue from the existing pavement joint at Riverside Drive to Cook Street, and continues from Willow Street to Burbank Avenue, along Floral Avenue from Ackley Avenue to Lincoln Avenue, and along Burbank Avenue from Floral Avenue to Riverside Drive.
