Annual Contract to remove and dispose of Brine from the Shore Haven Facility
Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years:
None
Work covered by the Scope of Services shall include all supervision, labor, transportation, fuel costs, equipment, 'standing' (demurrage) charges, and any other expense necessary to perform any and all brine hauling services. The rate stated on the bid form for Option No. 1 and Option No. 2 will be the rates charged on the invoice; no other costs/charges will be honored.
