The Cortland County Department of Public Works is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified contractors to provide General Structural Repair Services and Emergency Structural Repair Services for County-owned transportation infrastructure.
The County intends to establish a list of qualified contractors capable of providing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering support, traffic control, and all incidentals necessary to perform structural repair, rehabilitation, stabilization, maintenance, and emergency response services.
The County reserves the right to utilize one or multiple contractors under this RFQ and may solicit project-specific estimates, quotations, or proposals from qualified firms on an as-needed basis.
All Statement of Qualifications submissions must be received at the Cortland County Department of Public Works no later than August 13, 2026 at 2:00pm. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
