Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified suppliers for the Purchase and Installation
of a Sound System at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center for the Department of Parks and
Recreation.
Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Casey Beauston, Purchasing
Associate III. Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. on October 14, 2026 by email
casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - 2nd Floor -
Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Casey Beauston, Purchasing Associate III, at
casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-7995 no later than 3:00 P.M. on October 8,
2026. Quotes are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. The written Quote documents
supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
Successful awarded supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements. Insurance Company must
be authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of
Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal
Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies, and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.

The successful supplier shall furnish all labor, delivery, and materials required to supply, deliver, install, and provide training for the sound system. The project includes supply and installation of two remote Bluetooth pairing buttons, sixteen 6.5-inch ceiling speakers, one two-channel 600-watt amplifier, two Bluetooth interfaces, one rack mount power supply, one eight-channel four-zone audio mixer, one single gang XLR microphone jack plate kit, two wireless handheld digital microphone systems, one 3.5mm audio interface to XLR jack, one handheld wired microphone, one wall rack with power and locking door, one rack drawer for microphone storage, two NEC 4,200 ANSI lumen projectors, two projector rolling carts, and two motorized screens. All items are specified with brand names and approved equivalents. Pricing must include all charges associated with the project including items, delivery, installation, labor, materials, training for county staff, and design/programming. The site is located at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center, 4515 Lenora Church Road, Snellville, Georgia 30039, with coordination of project dates with a department representative.
