The contractor will replace AV systems throughout NHOTIC's exhibit halls, lobby, and administrative offices (including three theaters, the Flagstaff Gallery, Orientation Gallery, Trading Encampment, Blue Mountain Encampment, and facility PA system), install touch screen interactive exhibits (reader rails, kiosk, touch table, monitors), replace the Leo Adler Theater's projector, sound, and video control system, replace the Leo Adler Theater's halogen stage lighting with an LED system, and build out a small greenscreen tele-learning studio. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials, handle AV-related cabling, coordinate necessary electrical support work, remove debris, and provide a 24-month warranty on parts, labor, and installation.
