The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain industry feedback for the Facilities Technology Management (FTM) effort. The RFI is attached with this notice for review and interested parties are encouraged to respond in accordance with the RFI instructions.
This notice is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a Government commitment to procure services. The Government will not reimburse costs incurred in responding to this RFI, and responses will not be considered offers.
The contractor must provide technical and functional support for TRIRIGA and secondary applications for up to 500 users, including updates, maintenance, support operations, troubleshooting, security patching, optimization, on/offboarding of applications, multi-domain integration, application integration, and associated technical and functional support. The contractor must also conduct a comprehensive assessment of multiple technology systems currently available and in use at the FBI to determine the optimal set of systems, perform system evaluation, requirements alignment, cost analysis, risk assessment, and deliver a recommendation report. Deliverables include a written Assessment Report, a Presentation of Findings, and supporting documentation.
