The selected vendor will provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit and information management, including client eligibility administration with real-time data and program eligibility cards, coordination of benefits as payer of last resort, statewide retail pharmacy network management, electronic claims adjudication per NCPDP Telecommunication Standard 5.1 or above for prescriptions and medical supplies with 11-digit NDCs, manual claim processing for medical supplies without 11-digit NDCs, pharmacy payment processing, ADAP formulary management, member technical support, and reporting and data management.
