Restorative Justice Program
The Offeror will provide comprehensive online curriculum and in-person instruction for Restorative Justice courses at La Vista Correctional Facility (LVCF), Fremont Correctional Facility (FCF), Skyline Correctional Center (SCC), and Four-Mile Correctional Center (FMCC). The Offeror must provide all necessary class materials, including a student manual for each participant, and deliver the online courses using the Prison Programs Google Classroom. The Offeror will also provide virtual training for Peer Educators and comprehensive training to CDOC staff and inmate peer educators upon request. The Offeror is responsible for tracking participant engagement data and providing monthly reports to CDOC, including the total number of offenders completing the online course, detailed information regarding services provided at each facility, full names and identification of participants, and specific identification of individuals who have successfully completed the program requirements.
