The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is gathering feedback from community members, partner organizations, and government stakeholders to ensure that the Measure ER–funded Uninsured Program and its related agreements reflect community needs. Please see the attached Letter to review the drafted agreement and details on how to provide feedback for this project.
The draft agreement covers the provision of comprehensive primary health care services, ancillary services (laboratory and basic radiology), pharmacy services, dental care services, mild-to-moderate mental health services, substance use disorder services, and nutrition services to uninsured, low-income residents of Los Angeles County. The contractor must maintain a medical home for each participant, provide care coordination, and comply with extensive reporting, credentialing, and quality improvement requirements.
