This RFP is seeking approximately 14,000 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space of 13,000 to 15,000 of Client/Customer Service Office in Ashland, Bellingham, Blackstone, Boxborough, Dover, East Walpole, Framingham, Franklin, Holliston, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Maynard, Medfield, Medway, Mendon, Milford, Millis, Natick, Needham, Norfolk, Sherborn, Southborough, Stow, Sudbury, Walpole, Wellesley or Weston for a term of 10 years.
The selected landlord must provide and construct the premises, including all Landlord's Improvements as defined in the Lease, to house Client/Customer Service Offices for DTA and MassAbility. The space must be approximately 14,000 square feet of Usable Area (13,000 to 15,000 considered), located within the specified search area, and within approximately 0.5 miles of public transportation (train, bus, or light rail) with weekday hourly service from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm. The lease term is 10 years.
