This RFP is seeking approximately 3,200 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space 2,500 to 3,500 of Garage, Office and Storage space in Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Needham, Newton, North Reading, Reading, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, Wilmington, or Woburn for a term of 10 years.
The selected landlord must provide approximately 3,200 square feet of Usable Area (with consideration of 2,500 to 3,500 square feet) for garage, office and storage space in one of 17 specified Massachusetts communities. The space will house vehicles and equipment for the East Middlesex and Suffolk mosquito control projects. The landlord must furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct the premises and make all improvements as required by the Lease, including preparing working drawings. The lease term is 10 years.
