The lessee will farm designated crop fields at Pyramid State Park, Captain Unit, following a cropping plan that includes corn, soybeans, cover crops, food plots, and idle years. The lessee must provide all labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and insurance. Specific requirements include prohibitions on neonicotinoid-treated soybean seed and Dicamba, mandatory cover crop planting on designated fields, soil testing, weed control, and documentation of chemical and fertilizer applications. The lessee must also leave a minimum of 12 rows of standing crop unharvested along the longest field edge for non-cover crop corn and bean fields.
