The lessee provides all necessary labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance to do the farming work in accordance with requirements and time limits, using ecologically sound practices to improve soil health, minimize erosion, improve water quality and benefit wildlife populations, habitats and recreational opportunities.
