The lessee shall provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance to do all of the work necessary for a farming operation in accordance with the requirements and within the time limits prescribed in the lease. Agricultural management leases under this program shall promote ecologically sound agricultural practices to improve soil health, minimize soil erosion, improve water quality, and reduce chemical impacts to benefit wildlife populations and their habitats.
