The contractor shall provide a fully integrated journal submission, manuscript review, and web publishing/hosting platform solution for the Journal of Replication and Reproducibility (JRR), including web hosting, submission and open peer review, preprint and final publication, single-source XML publishing, code repositories, containerized compute, continuous publication, and related platform support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The platform must be hosted from datacenters within the continental United States, guarantee 99.95% uptime, and support 100,000+ monthly page views. The contractor shall also provide a promo site within 60 days of award, and the live production platform must be fully deployed and available to the public no later than September 1, 2027.
