The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) / Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) requires support to install, update, support, and develop enhancements to maintain DataFit, CDER’s data standards validation platform.
The contractor shall perform project management, development and enhancements, operations and maintenance, release management, and provide software licenses for DataFit, CDER's data standards validation platform. Tasks include installing, updating, supporting, and developing enhancements to DataFit; providing Pinnacle21 Enterprise license or equal solution; conducting project management activities including CPIC required activities; providing technical and customer support; participating in Change Control process; developing iterative release schedules using agile methodology; generating metrics reporting; creating and maintaining documentation in accordance with FDA's Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC); and performing all functions necessary to support and implement DataFit in all environments.
