Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for ILEA Laptop and Workstation Replacement. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the SF-1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

19TH2026Q0062 – ILEA Laptop and Workstation Replacement. It is important to make sure the submission is made in a specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver 60 staff and classroom workstations, 5 high-performance workstations for graphic and multimedia production, 5 mini workstations for interactive screens and conference rooms, 40 classroom laptops, and 40 staff and in-house interpreter laptops to the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Bangkok. All items must meet detailed technical specifications and include a minimum five-year warranty with onsite service. Delivery is DDP door-to-door to ILEA Bangkok, and the contractor is responsible for all shipping, customs clearance, and related charges. The project must be completed within 120 days of contract award.
