The purpose of the contract is to provide continued maintenance, updates, subscription services, and vendor support for FERC’s existing Flexera products, specifically the Flexera Data Platform and Flexera Technopedia components. FERC requires ongoing catalog updates, per‑device and per‑server subscription renewals, and sustained integration fidelity with ServiceNow CMDB and FEAMS.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, updates, and subscription services required to maintain FERC’s existing Flexera environment. This includes maintaining active Flexera Data Platform and Technopedia Silver Subscription licenses for 4,605 per-device licenses and 1,292 per-server licenses, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of hardware/software metadata updates, maintaining normalization feed compatibility with ServiceNow CMDB, providing Tier 2/3 support for troubleshooting extractors, catalog feeds, update failures, or normalization errors, and delivering ongoing platform updates, catalog refreshes, and dependency patches.
