Sales Tax Data

The contractor shall provide State general sales tax rates in Excel spreadsheets, State and Local taxability data for spending categories in Excel spreadsheets with multiple tabs (UCC State, UCC State Other, UCC Local, UCC Local Other, Food Tax Base, New York Clothing), and Local general sales tax rates for each unique ZIP Code/County/City combination in CSV and pipe-delimited text files. The contractor must also provide data on significant taxability variations and organize an orientation meeting within 10 business days of award. All data files are to be delivered electronically to the IRS Policy and Program Impact Lab.
