MPF Grant Creek Culvert Replacement

Amendment 0001, Issued 6 August 2026, implements the following changes:

1. Schedule of Items is updated to include Option Item 1001.

2. Attachment 6 - Supplemental Specs 2 is updated to include Option Item 1001 activities.

3. The Quotation Due Date and Time is extended to 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.

All other solicitation documents, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.

Q&A Memorandum #1: Uploaded 6 August 2026

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0087 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MPF Grant Creek Culvert Replacement.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for the culvert replacement construction services on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie. Work includes but is not limited to staking, clearing and grubbing, structure excavation, dewatering, riprap placement, concrete barrier, conserved topsoil placement, mulching and seeding, erosion control, signing, and streambed simulation. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments.

SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
