The project involves the replacement and upgrade of underground utility systems across the Dalton State College main campus as part of Phase 1 of infrastructure improvements. It includes investigation, design, and construction activities necessary to upgrade underground utilities with minimal disruption to campus operations. Scope includes but is not limited to: replace existing clay sanitary sewer lines while maintaining continuous system operation during construction, replace aging iron water lines, upgrade stormwater infrastructure as required to meet current performance standards, and various improvements to sidewalks and ramps to meet ADA compliance.
