This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation 1240LP26Q0130 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the replacement of four
(4) commercial garage doors.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American IndustryClassification Standard Code is 238290. The small business size standard is $22 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to remove and install four industrial 10'x10' rollup overhead garage doors, including motors and associated components, at the Boulder Ranger District Nederland Work Center located at 534 Ridge Road, Nederland, CO 80466. The contractor must remove and dispose of all old components, trash, and debris, and ensure the building is secured at the end of each workday. The contractor must submit a safety plan, material submittals, installer certifications, an accident prevention plan, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties. All work must occur between 0800-1700, Monday through Friday, and be completed within 30 days of starting. The contractor must provide a 5-year warranty on parts, materials, supplies, and labor.
